Just a few more days left of March 2016! I have gotten back into running regularly; and I am trying to run further distances in the hopes of improving my pace back to what it was in December of 2014. My extended family spent last week in Destin, FL over spring break, and there are so many great places to run along the beach or on sidewalks. (And it wasn’t super hot and muggy, so I had some great runs.) And now I really wish I had signed up for the Zombies, Run! Virtual Race like my husband and a few of my friends did. Wesley’s tee shirt arrived in the mail along with a medal in an envelope. He won’t open the envelope yet until he’s run the actual 5k or 10k on his Zombies, Run! app. I went over to the website to make absolutely sure it’s too late (It is. They are sold out.) However, there is a mailing list you can subscribe to that will notify you of future races. And here is the link: Zombies, Run! Virtual Race
To make me feel marginally less sad about missing out, I’m posting a link to my Runner 5 video on YouTube. My Patrons on Patreon helped support this. In several cases they are actually IN this video. It was so much fun to make and edit. Consider joining my Patreon Page community if you like what you hear and see! I post there far more regularly than I do on this blog. (Although I am improving my blogging behavior here too.)
